Not sure if they changed owners but seems the new worker didn’t freshen the veggies and the rice was hard! Didn’t know that salsa was included with the side of chips so I didn’t bother. Usually very good but this one time the young lady was not representative of the usual goodness…

Food is good (a little salty, but consistently good). The lack of stars is for the very poor service unfortunately. The very tall man who served us was very unfriendly and made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. No smile, no greeting… after we paid he just walked away, even after I said “thank you”. Really seems like he hated his job. When I was confused by his question about toppings he got irritated. Also was very quick to “correct” us - for example my husband asked for carnitas and he said “okay so pork”… just strange.Im assuming this is the same tall man mentioned in other reviews. He was shaking quite a lot. Is he okay??

Portions are generous, and the food is just ok. The beef was bland, which was disappointing. The server I had seemed rather disinterested and seemed to just be putting in his time. Better seasoning and staff that is more upbeat would definitely improve this experience.

Sorry for pics of the half eaten burrito, power bowl and salsa and chips but it’s so delicious! Service was lovely too. We are first timers but will be back again to the 130th Ave SE location!

I LOVE 130th ave Mucho Burrito!! Food is always fresh and the staff is always very friendly.The only thing i would mention is that sometimes it's very smokey inside. To the point were it can be hard to breath when you first step in. I'm not sure if it's burning oil or what, but it has happened quite a few time when we've been there. But over all the food gets five stars In my opinion.

Portion sizes have very noticeably decreased.I have been coming to this location for years and getting the same salad.My last visit the portion sizes were significantly decreased. I used to get a heaping scoop of chicken and beef on my salad and this last time the meat hardly was level with the top of the scoop.I never get cheese or beans and always add a scoop of guacamole in for the extra charge. Which didn’t bother me until now.I totally understand that businesses need to be measuring portion sizes to stay profitable, and maybe I have been given bigger portions over the past 10 years but this really felt like they had cut back too much.I can see other comments here on portion size so it sounds like the brand has had to adjust to be more profitable. However, there is a delicate balance that needs to be achieved.Based on my experience the value just isn’t there anymore for what I’m purchasing. I will definitely not return as frequently or look for other options.:)

Since Covid started we became frequent customers, probably eating there at least once a month! The food is SO delicious and generally the staff are very kind but my partner and I have found over the past year that the portion sizes have quite noticeably decreased. We thought at first that this was a fluke but at two other locations, we have found the same. Very aware that the costs of basic needs is always on the rise, but nowadays the portion sizes compared to the cost is not worth it. Unfortunately we will no longer be customers unless this changes- there are more cost friendly places we will support.

This location can be a hit or miss sometimes with the delivery but most of the time it’s delicious! There was one time in the past where they completely mixed our delivery order up but then the next time we ordered everything was great and hot. I will say the portions can be a bit smaller and even when we order extra meat it still feels like it’s lacking the right size so I can agree with the other recent reviews about that. But the place is clean and the staff are friendly!
