Enterprise Truck Rental

Had a reservation booked 6 weeks in advance. When I arrived they said they didn’t have any cars left. They tried to put me in a full size Hemi pickup instead. I explained that my wife was 5’ tall and wouldn’t be able to drive that and it was too big to park on our small street. They said they had nothing else and no other branches had anything. When asked what they could do all they offered was was to mark the tank at 3/4 full instead of full. I called my travel agent and within 3 minutes she had a new reservation for me at the airport with Enterprise. I am extremely disappointed that the staff lied to me and clearly didn’t try to locate a car at any other branch. Enterprise you should incentivize your employees to delight customers instead of taking the easiest path.

Amazing service I got my rental car from this store and I met with 2 guys working three Abhi and Chandan they’re very helpful and professional fast and reliable guys I was glad to deal with such wonderful people.

Competive pricing. Rented a new Chevy crew cab 4x4 for weekend. Friendly staff.

Terrible service. Will let you send you an email with a reservation confirmation and then call one day before your scheduled rent telling you they don't have vehicles. Terrible service.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!I rented a truck for a day and had to drop it off after hours, the next day was a holiday so they only checked the truck after that. Then they called me and said there was a damage to the passenger side of the truck and I would have to pay for it.The thing is, all the places I parked the truck there was NOTHING, zero, nada on the passenger side, so there is no way I did this damage.They say it may even be done after I returned it and before they checked it, but it is still my responsibly. That is outrageous.There is no reasoning with these people, I even said I can send pictures of the 2 locations I parked the truck, but they don’t care.Also, there is no point in paying extra $40 for insurance if they will still charge you a deductible of $1,000 and not tell you about this beforehand.

Recent rental was easy peasy however they are short handed labour wise. So expect a brief wait. They even dropped me at the skytrain.

Update - I received two emails assuring me they would contact me to fix this situation. It's been 2 months and I've reached out again to them again but still no contact. I'm astonished at the lack of care. I do not write reviews but of the ones I've written, this is the only negative one. I would never recommend renting from this company. As a side note, I've rented cars from Enterprise Car Rental and it's been great. It is Enterprise Truck Rental in Burnaby that this review is written for.I was very unhappy with the service provided here. I confirmed online to rent a truck for the purpose of towing. When I arrived I talked to the manager about towing and was told I'd need to buy the hitch which I was fine with. Once I was starting to drive away, another employee approached me and said I could not tow with the truck. Apparently you need a corporate account to do so but the website did not state that. I had taken an Uber 30 minutes from home to the dealership and I had work lined up to do with the truck. Finally, they said they would rent me the truck for the day in order for me to get to work, but that I'd need to bring it back. Although I booked for a week online, I was then told that this truck was not available and needed work done to it. So, I had to rent the truck for the day. When I returned at the end of the day and expressed my disappointment I was offered a 5% discount. The employee stated I should email the manager for Western Canada (who was the one I spoke to about different trailer hitches). I emailed the manager and have not received a reply. It's been 5 days now. An apparent error on their website has cost me close to $200. Extremely disappointed at the lack of service or care. Would never recommend renting from them as customer service does not appear to be a priority. I should note that almost never write reviews and this is the worst one I've written.

Huge shout-out to Alla from Enterprise Truck Rental. This was my first time renting a truck. She made sure that the availability of the truck. Also called a day prior for confirming the Rental. Gave me the best option for truck for my moving. Was super friendly and professional. This was by far my best experience with Enterprise although I have rented with Enterprise before. Kudos Alla Thank you so much for all your help!!!?

Great service, very helpful on multiple fronts

Friendly and quick service along with fair prices. During these covid times they are taking extra precautions to clean and serve. Feel safe in going here.
