Definitely cannot recommend this service. Driver no showed for a confirmed early morning pick up!! Thankfully I had access to a car and ended up driving myself at the last minute. A call 2 hours after the agreed time from a sleepy driver to apologize claiming this has never happened before. Very unprofessional and unreliable business.

Such prompt, friendly, professional service. I like that it's a private service, so no picking up other passengers. This is the only service I will use!!

We had an excellent experience with Cool Water Airport Service.The vehicle was roomy and comfortable and the ride was direct from our front door to the airport. The pick up from the airport when we returned was equally satisfactory. The driver was prompt, reliable and cheerful. We will use this service in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free trip to the airport.

I am on my way home from vacation and just received an email telling me my ride has been cancelled. I understand its because the one and only vehicle in this fleet" and the child seats I left with him have as been wrecked by the owner. Leaving me and my family of seven to "figure it out" when we land at 11pm. This is not a professional service. I'd give is 0 stars if it were possible. I should have known this would happen based on the terrible and terrifying ride to the airport."

Cool Water Airport Shuttle Service, Mr Elias, is an excellent human!! I was stranded last minute by another shuttle, I called Mr Elias in a panic, and this amazing human was at my door in ten minutes, at 6am, winter weather!. He got me to the airport safely, comfortably, and on time!5-star gold rating from me.And I will be passing on his name to all.

I have used other airport shuttle services in the past 20 years and I no longer will now after discovering Cool Water Airport Shuttle Service. With their professional service, clean comfortable vehicle and trustworthy driver, our trip to Pearson International Airport was hassle free and extremely comfortable. This company absolutely has a 5-star gold rating from me.

Huge mistake calling this company, they just could not get it together! Do not count on this company to stick to their scheduled appointments. Their sole business purpose is an airport shuttle service, it's suppose to take the worry out of travel and to get you to the airport in time. They are very unreliable! We called this company about a week in advance to book transportation to Toronto Pearson Airport. Elias is the man who took the booking and he booked us in for transportation to airport with a pick up time of 5:30 pm, this would put us to airport in plenty of time. I followed up with an email after booking with him. Company called us 2 days before departure to see if we would change the scheduled pick up time to 4 pm, as he was taking other people down to airport and picking up another party at the airport during rush hour traffic, hmmm! This was impossible for us as we had to work all day. We requested a certain time and if we wanted to leave earlier we would have requested that. He then asked if he could come for pick up at 6 pm, we agreed as he promised he would get us to airport for 7 pm during rush hour traffic. International flights require you to be there 3 hours before departure, so really pushing it there. Well 6 pm came and went! I then called Elias to find out if he was still coming and he said he would not arrive to pick us up until 6:45 pm! No phone call to inform us he was running late or expected arrival time. This was unacceptable to us and we cancelled entirely. We then had to scramble to arrange to drive ourselves down to airport. We now felt the pressure and an enormous amount of stress not knowing if we had enough gas to get down without having to stop for gas which would cause more delays. This company has caused us unnecessary stress and anguish. Definitely not the way to start a holiday. I would not recommend this company. Cool Water Airport Shuttle Service has poor timing , poor attitude and poor customer service.
