Fountain Tire

Just wanted to give a shout out to Devon, at sylvan fountain tire. He was a tremendous help in the process of me purchasing new tires, found wonderful tires and saved me money while doing it. His kindness and honesty will definitely keep me as a returning customer. Thank you to the guys in the back who did the exchange as well.

Great bunch of guys.... They look after all our work trucks and give us good deals. Had a small issue with a job and they stepped right up and made it right. A true measure of a business is how they deal with issues. Not the day to day. I knew that were a good bunch and they just proved it again. Thx guys!

I needed tires for my travel trailer. The guys made sure I got the best ones. Fast to order and arrive. Quick and professional installation. Good bunch of folks to deal with with.

We had our truck booked in to have a wheel alignment, tire balancing, and check the tire service monitor system after we put on our winter tires. There was a miscommunication at the time of booking, so when we went to pick up my truck, only the wheel alignment had been done. Devon was so kind, and helpful. He had offered to not charge for the wheel alignment, and to stay after hours and he would balance the tires himself. We decided to just rebook the wheel alignment the following Friday. On the drive home noticed the steering wheel shimmy had stopped. I called Devon back to cancel the tire balance appointment and to arrange payment for the wheel alignment. Devin said Merry Christmas and not to worry about paying for the alignment. That is so nice to know you have a reliable business who truly care and take care of their customers. Highly recommend this Fountain Tire!!

This place is a fabulous example of the small business with a great owner that goes the extra mile for their customers.It's not the flashiest place to look at, and you won't get complimentary car washes like at some dealerships, but the people here are kind, knowledgeable, and do what they can to help you out (even if it means the owner has to give you a ride themselves or they need to send someone to pick you up using your own car after servicing).Does that mean that all their work will come cheap? No, not at all (though the prices always seem fair). But the friendliness and quality of service have been consistently high enough that I trust their judgement on what needed work, when those higher bills come in on occasion.I noticed the superior experience a number of years back, and that it kept happening, so I've been bringing both my cars here exclusively ever since.

I highly recommend this shop for any vehicle work. They’re really quick and charge great prices for not only parts but also the labor. And the customer service is by far the best I’ve gotten from a shop. Thanks guys!

Sylvan Fountain Tire is amazing!!! I got into my first accident and wrecked my front wheel today and needed it replaced. Within 3 hours my car was fit into the shop, I had my tire replaced (at a reasonable price) and I was driving it home. Any time I run into a problem with my car right away fountain tire in Sylvan Lake can squeeze me in and help me solve my problem usually that day! They are always so kind and patient. I would not bring my car anywhere else!!! They took away my anxiety and stress as soon as I called them in a panic. Thank you Fountain Tire !!! You just made my horrible day a heck of a lot better! ♡♡♡

The service here is and has always been great.Really a great group of people that work here.A couple things they don't do here but for the most part we always take our vehicles here first.

Shout out to Shawn for his impeccable customer service to me and anyone walking through the doors or phoning in today. Calm friendly knowledgeable speedy accurate under extremely busy morning and unexpected short staffed.

Didn’t have the tire I needed in stock, but the team found one used that would fit and installed it free of charge while I waited. Best service I’ve seen anywhere in years. Thanks guys
