When I first reached out to Renuad Law Group, I was optimistic that they would be able to provide me with the legal assistance that I needed. However, as time went on, it became clear that this was not the case. Instead of feeling like I had a dedicated team on my side, I felt like I was being dragged through the mud and left in the dark about what was happening with my case.To start, the communication with Renuad Law Group was extremely poor. When I first signed on with them, I was promised regular updates and prompt responses to any questions that I had. However, as my case progressed, I found myself waiting weeks for a response to even the simplest of inquiries. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like I was being ignored and that my case was not a priority for them.What was even more concerning, though, was the lack of strategy and organization in how they handled my case. Instead of having a clear plan of action and working towards a resolution, I felt like they were simply going through the motions without any real direction. It seemed like they were not invested in my case and were simply waiting for it to go away on its own.As time went on, I became more and more disillusioned with Renuad Law Group. It was clear to me that they were not the right choice for me, and that I needed to find a new legal team to help me with my case. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for competent, dedicated legal representation.Overall, my experience with Renuad Law Group was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, organization, and strategy made me feel like I was being taken advantage of, and that my case was not being taken seriously. Renaud Law is one of the top trial boutique law firms in the province for birth injury and medical malpractice claims. Unlike other lawyers, they have mastered the art of civil jury trials and are willing to go the distance for their clients to ensure they are fully advocated for and properly compensated for damages. I have personally recommended a couple friends and acquaintances to this firm and they were very well taken care of.

To conclude that this firm is unethical and horrific is an understatement, my signature was forged to enter into a settlement, a premature settlement which I was never consulted about or had any knowledge of, and I luckily found out before it was sent finalized, this is mind blowing to me, I am 47 years old this year, and never have I ever encountered anyone who has forged my signature for something so serious to enter into a settlement without my knowledge, Renaud is cunning and not someone you want anywhere near your case. I am no longer being represented by this firm and I can only wish to have found new representation earlier, if they forged my signature, What else has happened without my knowledge? I thank God I found out in time, please do yourself and your family a favor, this is not a firm you want to dance with. Other red flags include the good reviews are by associates and friends of Renaud, one review states he worked alongside Renaud, which is an unethical conflict of interest and an attempt to balance out the negative reviews

Agrees to settlements without verbal or written consent. Claims it's your signature, even if it's not. Absolutely unethical, gives lawyers a bad name. Actively trying to rake customers names through the mud and ruin their lives is NOT acceptable.

I was hit by a car while riding my bike. ICBC thereafter treated me very unfairly. Never returned my calls, or properly advised me with respect to what medical treatment services were available, or what compensation might be available to me. After giving up on ICBC I contacted Renaud Law Group to see if they could help me. While they weren't able to take my case on, they provided some really great advice and guidance that allowed me to sue ICBC in small claims court. For anyone who has a complex personal injury case I would highly recommend Renaud Law based on the courtesy, competency, and professionalism they showed me. I know that anyone who works with them will be in great hands. Thank you again!

If I could rate a -5 or more on this law group I would definitely do so. This legal team forged my name several times and gaslighted me into signing papers against my own will after sharing secrets with them. Afterwards with our court date, he completely went against me as a defendant of my case and made me lose by spilling our secrets of our court case and how we planned to win. Horrible customer service as well. When I made my first appointment, he threw papers at me while I was trying to speak and complained on how wide my hips were. This man was awful and made fun of my sister’s lisp as well. Never recommend this evil man as your law attorney because he will make you out to be guilty even after he worked with you

all of the 5 star reviews are written by peers or friends of Renaud, all of the good reviews are illegitimate and are a conflict of interest, this should tell you about the ethics of this law firm, you can read them for yourself. every legitimate client who has made the mistake of using this firm, including me, knows that this firm is unethical, immoral, and will lie straight to your face. Renaud is extremely sneaky and will deploy many dirty tricks for his personal gain, he agreed to a settlement without my consent! On top of that I have not received my settlement in over a year, he says it’s because of law society rules, which is a complete lie! my settlement was underwhelming, it is the equivalent of a soft tissue injury settlement, I am left with a permanent brain injury and a botched case because of Renaud. Renaud is an unethical salesman who will persuade you to sign up with his firm and then deliver upsetting results, and barely communicate with you. Using this firm was the worst decision of my life.
