I have dealt with Paul Miller for about 10 years. He is very knowledgible, has a warm concerned approach, and does not lead clients astray. I have been more than happy to deal with Paul. However, recently he has acquired new staff (clerical) and several major mistakes have occurred. I sincerely hope this staff problem will be sorted out. I was moved over to another investor in the same office without my permission. This, too, I did not like. I am always comfortable when dealing with someone I know and trust and did not appreciate my file being moved to someone I know nothing about. So, what started as a good, trusting relationship with Paul Miller, has now become a training process on my part for the new staff. Not impressed.
