I would give 10 stars for this review if it was possible.Kennedy is friendly, knowledgeable and kind as well as incredibly gifted as a Personal Trainer.He is dedication and focus to my goals were unwavering and acted as the catalyst for kickstarting my exercise routine and helping me find new and exciting ways to enjoy strength training.I highly recommend him!
