It is the premium spa experience in Prince Albert. Amazing environment - friendly and professional staff and you feel rejuvenated and full of energy. They offer a wide variety of services - but I mostly use the RMT registered massage. Was thinking about getting some Cold Laser treatment - which comes recommenced by medical professionals everywhere.

I made a pedicure appointment over a MONTH ago to make sure I would get in for my mom’s birthday. I called last month and the woman told me that they’re not open on Saturday’s but a couple girls like to work on Saturday’s - perfect. I called a day before to confirm the appointment because I didn’t receive a confirmation text or email. Sure enough there’s no appointment made for me. The woman on the phone was rude and told me I must have the wrong place. I specifically picked North Country because I have a gift card to use. Not impressed at all.

Booked a mole removal on my face. I found out once I arrived that they only cauterize, they don't remove. I explained that I've had the mark for nearly 20 years, unsure now that it would work. She took me in a room to have a look and said she was quite confident it would stay gone once she cauterized it, if any came back there is a free touch up.After $180 and the healing process the entire mole came back within a month and now has a red burn scar around it.I called to see what we can do and she recommended I go see a doctor or dermatologist.Waste of time and money. I wish she would have been more honest about things.

Went to Cassandra, the services were ok, a bit rougher than my previous waxer, also prefers if you hold yourself during brazilian which I would prefer the technician to do, left little hairs behind while my previous waxer would always make sure to use a difference type of wax and a tweeze to get any missed hairs, gets the job done fast and overall looks good just had a better waxer in the past

I had cold laser therapy on my foot/heel for a long running and painful case of plantar fasciitis...I got in right at my scheduled appointment time and was in and out in the allotted time; the room was quiet and peaceful and I even managed to doze off while the laser worked its magic. The procedure itself brought some much needed relief. Two thumbs up.

I often get hydra facials done at other places and have had no problems, but I got a microdermabrasion treatment done at North country massage and medispa, and the girl doing it barely said a word the whole treatment, never told me what she was doing the whole time, when the treatment was done she said I had ‘a little redness’, when I looked in the mirror my forehead and whole side of my neck was bruised. Not to happy with the experience.

By far the best spa experience I've ever had. The staff is nothing but professional and friendly and goes that extra mile to pamper their clients. The staff in my experience were accommodating and welcoming and offer a vast array of services for head to toe pampering.
