The waiting area is small and crowded. You even can't find space to stand. They offer 4 free parking spots (380 - 383).

Tried two different branches for my pregnancy ultrasound and they both sucked. It is west-cost medical imaging. They really take away emotions when dealing with ultrasound.

sonia the x-ray technician and velma the receptionist are very nice .i was there friday morning at 8 am ,second patient and im done before 8:30 ,the place is so clean and highly recommend ,they have own door/entrance right at the stop light to SMH

They don't follow their hours of operation and don't care. They close before their listed hours. I went to two locations 30-40 min before 'closing' and they had a hand written sign saying they are closed. People leave work early and travel based on hours of operation. Go to any other x ray company except for this. A poorly run business usually means it's poorly run in all areas.

Poor experience. We waited one hour for x ray ( referred from E.R overflow). Two hours after that and there was still no report. Went back TWICE to find out what was going on. They had no explanation except to say the tech hadn’t read it even though others after ours were read . Ultimately they printed it and let me take it with me back to urgent care. Office was not air conditioned on a very hot day . Staff was friendly though

Good luck trying to get an appointment, as a matter-of-fact good luck even trying to get ahold of anyone. They tell you to use their new online system, which only gets you a call back within 3-4 business days. Well, it's almost been two weeks, no one has called. Try and call to make an appointment and on hold for over an hour.

Can never make an appointment, absolutely impossible to get ahold of them on the phone, have to show up before 6:30 just to be able to walk in and the wont respond to my messages.... WORST SERVICE EVER. ALL I WANT IS MY X RAY RESULTS..

When I entered the office seemed like judgement hit me already they were so rude to me and weren't specific about doing the email like where do I email too and no eye contact just eye rolling points at the Tony little piece of paper taped with the email and the person taking the images was hurting me the old bat laughed at me said it was in my head it doesn't hurt yea my knee hurt more for a few days after that do ill never return here seems like they discriminate against first nations there. I shared on my social media about their behavior also. I didn't want to give a star but I had to so I can comment and give a review
