I had a few locks engraved at Arvin design about a month ago. We ran into a few hiccups along the way with the type of metal/ size of the locks.But Mike at Arvin was very professional, and quick to help, and fix the issues that arise.We ended up getting the results we wanted, and in the time frame given.All in all a good experience and would use again. Mike is a good person to go to while seeking help with what you need done at Arvin.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I would give this business zero stars if I could, it's a scam! We tried to get some gold engraved and it was completely unprofessional, the words engraved were not even legible! When the owner was contacted he did not offer to fix it and he demanded more money from us. In addition he ended up charging almost double the quoted price of $50. He also refused to refund us and now a very sentimental piece of jewelry is ruined.
