Canada Post

Come here 5 minutes before closing time and they are already closed. I came here to pick up courier and was told that sorry I was late, closing time was 7 pm I reached here few minutes before. I was told that they close their tills early before 7 pm and turned off the computer as canada post staff doesn’t get paid to stay extra. It’s really was an inconvenience. I was disappointed with the rude customer service not helpful at all. I simply came here to pick up a courier I didn’t even had to pay! Really felt somehow that they didn’t wanted to help at the last moment. And behaved as if it was my fault that I came at the last moment.

Not impressed with customer service!I understand christmas is a crazy time of year, but when your asked not to send your packages there for flex. That's rude. Note taken.. other locations that are happy to accept amazon.

The service here was abysmal. I am dealing with a potential lost letter that was supposed to be dropped off at the post office a few days ago but it looks like it’s lost in the truck or maybe lost elsewhere. That part isn’t the service’s fault but I left my number and info with the front desk and asked them to help contact the truck driver to look for my letter in a hidden spot because it’s small and may be tucked away somewhere. All three ladies I dealt with only said sorry and didn’t stretch an arm to help me look into anything further despite asking if they could pass my message along. Canada post itself isn’t very reliable but I would have liked a bit better service. I ended up calling in to talk to a representative (Matt) and his service was much more helpful even over a phone.

My packages keep getting taking here instead of dropped off at my door step, than I get charged for $15-$20 and I have no idea why

Wish it was closer to my place or they had more places... But the service is exceptional. They change staff every now and then but I still like them. I don't drive so getting there is tricky. Otherwise... Great Job.

Convenient local location

Very unimpressed I just called to see where my package was so I could go pick it up cause I wont be home tomorrow and they hungup before I got off hold

I have had the misfortune of having to pick up packages here twice. The first time, they were closed more than 20 minutes before their closing time. The second time, the lady behind the counter very loudly and rudely told my girlfriend that her package wasn’t in yet. They have terrible customer service and I don’t know how they’re still in business
