Creek Way Village
My family and I are so thankful my father lives at Creek Way Village. He has been here for over 2 years and can’t say enough! The staff is exceptional and with lots of programs/activities provided, my father is happy and doing well. We know dad is in great hands and gets the care and assistance he needs.

This is a wonderful Long Term Care Home. The staff are resident focused, caring, and well-trained. They demonstrate person-centered care very well.

Creek Way Village
Considering enrolling a family member here? Don't...they will be better off in prison or left at the side of the road. There is patient neglect and the Management is horrific for families to deal with.We had transferred a close family member here from another home, and visited often. The staff failed to properly bathe and perform specific medical procedures for my relative. When our family spoke to the Management we were talked down to (to the point I consider to be down right rude) and viewed as an inconvenience.Save yourself the headaches and run-around and take your family somewhere better.

Creek Way Village
My mum has been there a couple of years now. Initially I was happy but I have since realized that there is not enough staff to properly care for their residents. They didn't give her tissues and it was dripping onto her shirt. She was being fed peanut butter sandwiches for lunch every day until I happened to find out. She had falls and I wasn't told that she was injured. There is definitely a communication break down with staff and families.
