At 12:15 pm today the cashier somehow forgot to give me the headphones or put them in the bags like I thought she did. When I went in my bags I realized they were not in there. $40 bucks. When I went back to the store and went to the cash register and told her I did not get them, she just smiled and giggled with a pathetic sorry. How is this possible? I even asked before paying, are the earbuds in the bags? She said yes. This is not alright. I just spend 250 there to be attempted ripped off 40 bucks. Shout out to your great staff like the one a delt with today. I feel like she ment to do it on purpose and maybe keep them for herself. I would check in to this management... Friday April 14 at roughly 12.15. she has very dark brown hair, maybe 40s and has like arabic skin colour.I'm now checking my whole receipt to see if anything else somehow didn't make it into my bags.

Very rude and snobby, they lie so much and then blame the customer. Never have any prescriptions ready even though you got the text stating that it’s ready, when you get there it’s not even started, very unknowledgeable about anything. They don’t care about the customer nor your health. Do not recommend!

Went to get my COVID-19 bivalent booster and the pharmacist informed me that you have to wait 6 months between doses. However that is incorrect according to the Windsor Essex County Health Unit and Ontario Ministry of Health: the minimum interval is 3 months, and it had been 4 months for me.The pharmacist said I needed to come back after six months. Upon questioning her about this, she told me to “just comenext month then” to which I questioned “but it still wouldn’t be six months?” She did not answer my question and walked away. Confused, I called the Health Unit who informed me that the pharmacy was wrong. If their pharmacists don’t know current guidance on vaccines, I can’t imagine trusting them with my medication needs.

I had a simple question asking where I could find Neo Citron. One of the pharmacists was clearly annoyed that he had to get up from his stool to talk to me. Looked at me like I was asking for some crazy unknown medication and just said, we don't have it." I walked down a few aisles and finally found it in the mess of the cold aisles. This pharmacist had a smarmy attitude

When I arrived. I was approached by 2 homeless people, as soon as I got outta my car.Only one cashier, with a very long line? Then I was told by the young worker that I couldn't use my PC points for a $54 purchase. She said I have to spend $15 more?? Will go elsewhere next time!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My partner had an appointment with the doctor in the same building at 9:45am. We got to Shoppers at 9:35 to pick up her vaccine and the pharmacist technician told us they never received the paperwork even though it was from weeks ago. We gave her the name and birthdate. She insisted it was lost because my partner had a different last name from her account 11 years ago. What? The pharmacy tech didn’t even know if they had it and told us we might have to go across the street! We then waited 35 minutes for the vaccine and they didn’t want to give it to us without a consult. Worst service ever. I would not trust them with my prescriptions or my health. The entire ordeal took a full hour. At 10:45 we finally got into the doctor with the vaccine, with another appointment scheduled for 11am. They set us back with their incompetence and lack of care.

They must wait until you show up to pick up your prescription before they actually action it. Never ready, literally every time. I'm switching to the independent down the road from me...it's highly recommended from friends who have switched from Shoppers and are glad they did.

I get friendly customer service every time I come here. I was considering transferring my prescriptions to this location and, when I was discussing the possibility with one of the pharmacists, the owner pharmacist happened to walk by and overheard our conversation. They assured me that I would be well taken care of at this location and should feel free to speak with them if I ever had any concerns. As a result of this interaction I transferred my prescriptions. Since then I’ve received excellent care from Elizabeth in pharmacy. What I really appreciate about Elizabeth is how she took time to chat with me about my medications without making me feel rushed or like I was a bother - I felt like she truly cared that I understood my prescriptions.

I am a Canadian, born in Ontario, who has lived abroad for several years. I had a prescription for Tylenol 3 from a Windsor walk-in clinic for a kidney stone. Went to the pharmacy and was told I needed an Ontario Health Card to fill the prescription. No reason was given other than that they needed a number to fill in on the system. I no longer have an Ontario health card because I have lived outside of Canada for several years. The woman at the desk went so far as to say you need a health card
