Whistle Ride

Used Whistle for the first time in a Wednesday night in Whistler. Booking our ride was a bit confusing because we could not put our unit number in the pick up address so the driver was confused when he arrived and had to call us.Our driver was amazing. Really nice guy, clean car and safe driver.When we left the restaurant we were at we attempted to get another car. The soonest we could get on was 40 minutes. I have never waited that long with lift and Uber especially on a weeknight. We decided to order a taxi and it arrived in 5 minutes. It was also 1 dollar cheaper then our ride to the restaurant.I love the idea of Whistle but it’s not convenient when there are not enough drivers. If they had more drivers this would be great and maybe clean up the app a bit.I will give it another shot and see it gets better.

Whistle has excellent service! They saved me when running late to the bus. They went above and beyond by providing a shuttle our bikes could fit in after the first car we ordered was too small for our bikes. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for rides at Whistler!

We were in Whistler for 3 weeks during the bus strike. Whistle saved our vacation. We used it everyday to go everywhere. Every single driver was polite, courteous and helpful. Andrew was extraordinary and went above and beyond to pick us up outside regular whistle hours (5:30 am!) to take us a very short distance from our condo to meet our Vancouver shuttle. Whistle charged me for a ride where I was never picked up. This has happened to numerous people I know in Whistler. They then direct you to reach out in the app yet never seem to respond when reporting the issue.

Andrew has a delight to be driven home by! I had my dog, Mordy with me and Andrew was delighted to meet him! It was an absolute pleasure, they were on-time and super reliable. I've recommended Whistle to every single person I know who catch cabs regularly. and I will continue to use them! They love dogs!

Roman is the best driver ever! definitely will be recommending him to everyone I know. He was there within a few minutes and was super nice. he waited for me after I was in the wrong pick up spot. while waiting for us to find the right spot, he even declined a 100$ from someone begging him for a ride because he refused to cancel our trip. best and most reliable driver from any ride or cab service I've ever taken!

Would 100% recommend to anyone in Whistler! Andrew kindly stopped as we were walking to our accommodation and offered us a lift. We were freezing and still had another 20 minutes to go with a load of bags, I’ve never been so grateful for his kindness. He wouldn’t accept any payment at the end, one of the nicest people and the service was amazing. Will definitely be using Whistle in the future.

Andrew and Kyle were so helpful. They arranged our transfers and were on-time, courteous and friendly. Will definitely use again next time we are in Whistler. Price and service was excellent!
