Worth the drive. Great original homes that have been cared for and maintained from the late 1800’s early 1900’s. Lots of history and knowledgeable guides about Nellies life in the area while she was teaching and having a family.

So worth going to Manitou to see Nellie's homes and their MB 150 Exhibit 'I Do'! The houses are so historical and the dresses on display are amazing.

This is a nice addition to the Heritage of the town of Manitou. Nellie McLung was a heroine to my grandmother. She was important to women's suffrage and should not be forgotten.

First time visit. Super. 3 houses all different but gives you a wonderful sense of how people lived in days gone by. Comfortable setting with good choices of antique pieces. We went on a rainy day and it was a perfect day trip from winnipeg.
