I needed to have an envelop picked up in Fredericton and delivered to Halifax. To have this transaction completed I had to speak with three separate people, all working on different systems, which meant I had to repeat all of the details of the transaction multiple times. First to arrange pick up, then to get a quote and finally to take payment. Then when the delivery arrived, the driver said he needed payment which took another 15 minutes to sort out. The service was fast but the inefficient administration is not tenable. Don't use this service.

My phone number on file was out of service so they were able to find me online, message me privately and get my package delivered. I appreciate the extra effort to make sure I received my item.

The worst. If they can’t or won’t deliver, don’t expect any form of communication. They also won’t deliver where their dainty, snowflake drivers are afraid of going, like a parking lot that might require some manoeuvring. Overall, just don’t. Try other companies.
