Pines Motel & Cottages (The)
We stayed in Cottage #4 for 10 nights in July 2022. We loved this place . We had an incredible.view, it was peaceful and.the cottage.was clean and cosy. Larry the host gave us a warm welcome and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. We'd definitely stay here again.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was small but quite clean and beautifully decorated. Shared fire pit, pool, and hammock as well as an area for children to play. BBQs were provided. I would have no trouble staying here again in the future.Thank you!

I was looking for a place on the north shore for our family vacation. I read some reviews and decided to take a chance. So very glad I did. Charming and quaint but with all the amenities you need. Great location close to Anne of Green Gables, Thinder Cove, Orby Head and much more.Larry was awesome and very welcoming.

The host was nice. We tried to slam away all the flies and bugs on the door before we went into the room, there were more than 10 of them on the door. Didn't get a good sleep because the flies sneaked in, had to wave arms every few while. Everything else was fine except for the flies. Maybe that was due to the season or the time of the day. Check out time was 10am. We stayed here September.

I want to Thank Larry and Mark for a wonderful stay. Our family visited PEI for 3 nights, and were very fortunate to have a sibling family reunion our first night there at one of their beautiful 2 bedroom trailers. Our accommodations were beautifully decorated, and immaculate. Can't wait to visit again next summer. Lisa and Kevin

Our stay at The Pines was excellent from start to finish! Checking in was easy and the staff are beyond friendly! The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you could ever need for your stay. The heated pool was certainly a highlight! As was the view onto the water. Highly recommend staying here - and walking across the road for some Fish and Chips!

Absolutely amazing place to stay we had 4 adults and one baby and we came down for day n evening looking for a place to stay for one night we found a nice trailer and the gentleman at the office was absolutely amazing as well. We enjoyed our stay with everything we needed wven a bbq.

Beautiful location..fingers crossed that this establishment didn't suffer too much from Hurricane Fiona. Rooms were very reasonably priced, very clean, comfortable beds and Larry and associate were so friendly and accommodating. Approximately 7 minutes away from New Glasgow Lobster Dinners, and conveniently located to travel anywhere on northern part of island. Mind you, it doesn't take long to drive anywhere on this beautiful part of Canada.

Clean and unbelievable service. I cold called the motel when my airbnb booking fell through last minute for the long weekend. Larry went above and beyond to get us set up in a 5th wheel. The place is dog friendly. Loved the pool. Has a bonfire pit and we had our own BBQ. Larry was so attentive and friendly. Hard to find service this good. Location is very convenient to everything you want to do while avoiding the crazy bustle of Cavendish or Brackley Beach itself. Larry saved our vacation!

Great establishment. The owners were above and beyond, extremely friendly and helpful. Spoke to you as if you were a friend rather than a customer! They switched us to a cabin instead of staying at the motel as it became available the morning we rolled in, so of course we made the switch. The view was amazing, the cottage was very well maintained, the grounds are well kept, pool is properly maintained and even had a nice little play area for the kids. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice place to stay in The Rustico area!
