Very bad service. The lady don’t know that how to deal with customers. She is working at post office, but she don’t know about the procedure of post office.

I have a large and heavy return to Amazon. Two days ago I went and asked the lady if they accept large and heavy packages. She said YES. Yesterday I took the package, waited in line for over 15 minutes. Same lady looked at the package and said they do not accept large packages. Take it to regular post office. I don't even know what to say ....

The lady working today was rude, lazy, unhelpful and racist just because I had to ship a large parcel... if you can't do your job without being disrespectful then why work in the first place.

The lady in the mornings doesn’t know how to deal with customers and I asked her few questions and she said I don’t know and just go online and do it and didn’t try to help out
