Visited this new home builder in Strathmore - great presence in the community and very professional. Whilst we made a huge mistake in buying our new home from a less reputable builder in our area, I wish I had made a better buying decision and went with this builder.They are knowledgeable and very positive to speak with.

Sun view has been great to work with, they did a great job building our new house , our home inspector said that this house had less issues then his which was built by a top builder in calgary. Any issues that have come up mandeep and his crew were on it right away

The team uses poor quality materials, the craftsmanship is third grade, the work is completed by amateurs. The floors started squeaking in the first year of possession, when asked to get that fixed they sent amateur workers and they ruined the situation even more. The construction Manager is the best he doesn't know what he is doing at all. He will not have a straight answer for you as to why the staircase is making noise when stepping on it, why the floor squeak. I will not recommend this team for the house of your dreams.
