Lovely ,quiet space, except when kids are singing. Then it is a boisterous, happy space. Limited collection but unlimited books you can reserve including best sellers, audio and dvd’s. Staff are very helpful. Nice to deal with.

Library is on the smaller side with limited collection. But the staff is absolutely incredible. Very helpful with everything. Definitely recommend checking the place out

We LOVE saulter street library. It is small but cosy, and the staff are very friendly. My kids have looked forward to their library visits since they were toddlers - thanks to Sam who runs the family time sessions which are so wonderful :-)

Rude, obnoxious staff, relutanct and grudging in answering short, practical questions. They are better apropriate to a back room or wash station where the public suffers no contact with who should otherwise be the face of the organization.

The people who work here are so nice. Not the fanciest branch, but a gorgeous building from the outside, with essential services and even a small kids section. Very grateful for my neighbourhood branch!
