Tobacconist La Havana

This place deserves NO stars! Humidor is absolutely full of mold!I was in this shop last week, and shocked to see the walk in humidor filled with moisture to the point you could see the condensation on the plastic packages and the windows of the humidor. When I walked in, I could tell by smell, the humidity was WAY too high. Almost every box of cigars in the place had mold on it, and the owner escorted me through the room as if nothing was wrong. I was so shocked and disgusted by the experience, I was speechless and had to leave immediately. Not sure who the owner of this place is, but it seems to me he couldn't be a cigar smoker, if he can be that ignorant about the safe storage conditions for cigars. It's pretty sad to see 10 to 20 thousand dollars in wasted cigars, but that's what this guy has. I'd hate to be the people buying cigars from this place, in ignorance... huge health concern. I tried getting the Town of Innisfail to look into it, but they had little interest in doing anything, just told me to call Alberta Health Services.

Owner is awesome and always so friendly / happy to see you, they own the ice cream store next door which is just as great.

Great selection of Cuban cigars, better prices than red deer and Edmonton. The owner is a very friendly and attentive.

First time going into the store I was greated by a friendly owner and given a tour of his store, prices are fair and not a pressured environment.

Upon entering there is a bright and very clean site greet you. The owner is very knowledgeable and a nice person to talk with. The prices are very reasonable and on some items less then competition. Definitely recommend.
