Richmond Animal Hospital

Richmond, Animal Hospital really helped, needed to go in last minute, as my dog became deathly ill overnight. I’m happy to report that they diagnosed his pneumonia and provided the correct antibiotic and he is on the mend.

My grandparents, parents, myself, and now, my kids have been taking our pets here, and we all greatly appreciate the phenomenal service and the kindness of the staff & doctors.I've had some of the happiest, and some of the saddest times of my life at RAH; whether it's our puppies & kittens very first inoculations, or when they have providing our loved ones with palliative care, the love and respect they showed was second to none.Thank you RAH!

Have dealt with Dr Mike at Richmond Animal Hospital for several years. He and his staff are very compassionate and caring ..he is there for the care of the animals not to take money that doesn't need to be spent. I can honestly say they are a very honest n caring clinic.

Loved my experiences with this clinic. I was looking to adopt a rescue back in end of 2020 and they were on of the only clinics I reached out to that were helpful, kind and willing to set up a profile. When I was able to adopt my sweet boy, they were quick to get him in and always willing to go the extra mile. Harry had some health issues in the beginning and even had to get a hernia surgery that was quickly scheduled and done perfectly. I'm extremely grateful to this clinic and the team here for everything they did for Harry (and me!) I highly recommend this clinic to anyone, it's an organized place with caring staff.

We normally take our 9 year old goldendoodle to BC SPCA Vancouver Animal Hospital for regular care, but weren’t available to address a large skin growth on short notice. Fortunately the fantastic staff and veterinarians at Richmond Animal Hospital stepped up and provided wonderful care during her surgery and dental cleaning. It is a very clean and professional environment. We are fortunate to have access to this wonder clinic in Richmond.

Awesome caring service, treated myself and my baby girl extremely well. Accommodating so far as my personal time issues go, explained everything in great detail, seem to actually care about the animals coming to their vets. Am really happy to have found them, highly recommend.

Really like their professionalism and passion to my dog. They will always do extra to make sure your pets are well taken care. They don’t mind spending more time to answer your concerns especially I am first time pet owner. This is also good recommendation from my friends as well.

I have been here for years, I lately moved to another clinic because I think their business modus had changed. Unfortunately as a personal feeling of push sale of products and some unrelated exam been done without a heads up until u checkout.Knowing that they say they care.however they never drop down of what products you bought, for ex. We bought a shampoo the last month check up, and then they suggest my partner to buy a same shampoo again when we go back after 2 weeks. As a clinic I suggest they drop down what products did the customer bought so that could help when follow up.2ndly, Their doctor turnover quite high, they been missing some blood test on wellness exam but the basic wellness check up is only checking the oral etc cost $150, but as a old age dog without any teeth, his priority isn’t on the general check, should consider more on blood pressure or kidney until sth happened they claim that the doctor quitted so didn’t follow up as was.Well knowing that hiring is hard now a day.Personally not recommended, but is your choice, if you decided to have your dog check up in here, make sure you know what you are paying for, check every bills in detail.Good luck
