Just ordered Thai pad sew beef- I specifically asked for condiments (the crushed peanuts and hot sauce with a piece of lime). The pad sew received also seems to be missing sauce- and extremely tasteless. It is not the first time that I am disappointed with the Thai express delivery service which comes specifically from this restaurant. Also please not that a piece of random plastic was discovered in the general Thai chicken . To be avoided at all cost if you are looking to satisfy a craving. Go elsewhere.

This is my first time EVER trying Thai express. Many of my friends in Montreal told me to try their food so I went to the restaurant closest to me (Complexe Brault, 3135 boul. Taschereau, Greenfield Park, Quebec J4V 2H2). When I walked in I was not even greeted. The guys who worked there just looked at me and turned their heads, I felt very disrespected but I didn't pay attention because I really wanted to try the food. After placing my order, I went to sit down. The man who was preparing my meal didn't know I was watching and he dug his nose WHILE PREPARING MY DISH…. After seeing him, I went to the cashier and told him that I wanted my money back, but instead of giving me my money, he laughed. I really don't recommend anyone to come to this restaurant if they are looking to try Thai food because you never know what someone is doing with their food.

Very disgusting establishment!!After, I purchased my food, I stood at the counter waiting for it to be prepared.The gentleman that was cooking my dish picked his nose. On top of that bugs were crawling everywhere. I brought it to his attention & he laughed. I just walked out & left the food, I lost $43 after witnessing this. I wish I’ve noticed prior to paying.After a few days, I also noticed the gentleman overcharged my friend’s credit card. He tipped his self $10.00 Ridiculous & Sad. Please do not ask me why I am leaving this review!! Because you guys already know why, I informed you when I left.

I have to be honest. This place has its ups and downs in every way possible from the service to the food. The food is always decent but some days more flavourful than others and the service is never super friendly but just ok or you have days that it’s just not kind or polite at all more like take ur food and go

Ordered medium spicy (I eat spicy food all the time) it arrived nearly uneatable. They must’ve dropped in enough spicy sauce to make 4 medium dishes.

Simply great food especially the dumplings with peanut butter sauce. Place is very small. Reservations are highly suggested if you're more than two people. Extremely busy at peak hours. Service-not too good. Slow.

Fast service. Food is prepared in front of you. The place was empty when I was there and the floorings were a bit dirty. The woman at the cash was nice. My food was ready in literally 5 min.

This Thai express should be shutdown for not following and caring about any sort of health regulations. What the heck is this? I ordered through Uber eat and looked at the reviews on Google after the fact and realize they’re probably the least sanitary place around town. I start getting nervous about my food and as soon as it gets delivered… I end up inspecting my food and finding what looks like remains of an insect in my food. FYI, nothing in the list of ingredients of a Pad Thai should look like this… I regret giving them my money, but this is clearly the last time I order from them. You should be ashamed to have such subpar standards and to serve garbage food like this to your patrons. This is vile. Shame to Thai express for also not shutting this location down as well as enabling this kind of behaviour by their franchisees.

Ordered pad Thai trio and the imperial roll legitimately tasted like death, had to spit it out. I’ve had their imperial rolls in different locations multiple times and none of them ever tasted this abysmal. Asked for no spice for my pad Thai and they still made it spicy, and the pad Thai also had the same after taste as the imperial roll. God knows what goes on in that kitchen this location is a tragedy. Paid money for inedible food
