Ive lived in Willoughby for 13 years. This has always been my go to convenience store.In the last 5 months I would go in and get things time to time. The cashier would always offer pizza or chickenHey guy

If I can give zero stars I would. I walked in there with my two kids because I needed a new charging cord for my phone because I realized my phone cord no longer worked. I told my kids they could go find a treat for walking with me to the store. Well I guess the owner thought my youngest 10 year old boy was stealing and told the employee to go after my kid. I got involved and was livid. The employee was telling him on the phone that I was his mom and telling me it was a misunderstanding. Really?? I own 4 businesses and have 26 employees. Never have I ever been treated this way. Well, I will be phoning corporate and giving my opinion of this owner who owns a piece of their franchise because this is completely unacceptable.

Great service, quick and efficient. When I was visiting the place was a busy and long lineup for the payments. There was a gentleman (Build, tall, Fair in complexion, and wearing glasses) who is very friendly but quickly processed the transactions. Unfortunately only one till was open. But no chaos, seems no one was in a hurry and knew their turn will come sooner than later.

I had a casheir try to steal on of my lottery tickets I had just purchased. This is the second time this has happened at this location, two different employees. If your gonna buy anything here triple check. Especially if buy multiple lottery, they will attempt to hide a ticket by the register to see if you notice. If you do, they play it off like a mistake. If you dont, they say nothing and keep it. I called the cops and they are aware, they just need one more complaint and they will take legal action. Buyer beware!!!!!

Was in here today I asked for a pack of Marlboro smooth , got home it was Marlboro select I never opened the pack went back and a rude East Indian guy says I did not buy them in the store that it did not have there mark , I said I was here 20 mins ago do you not remember me , he said there was no Marlboro smooth and would not reimburse me .I live around the corner from this store , and will never set foot in this place again .

Tejas the guy working there had the best customer service me and my friend have ever seen, even gave us a free slice of pizza which did not taste like gas’s station food, was very good. 100% would recommend.

A good corner store with a great slush corner. They have a nice raised area with chairs to enjoy your drink and hot dog while soaking up their air conditioning. Beyond that, good selection of typical snacks and drinks. Have had nothing but good service. As it is a pretty big store, they do have all of the extras (chargers, lotto tickets, etc.). No gas, though.

Great Mac's location. The staff is very friendly, it's always fully stocked, prices are decent & super clean. There's a sitting area up in the corner for people to hang out and a hot dog bar.

Poor and rude, unreasonably questioning customer with no respect and utterly arrogant attitude. Amazed to see Langley could tolerate such thing running business.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by a cashier named Tejas at my local grocery store. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made the checkout process quick and easy.Tejas had a great attitude and was always smiling, which made the experience much more enjoyable. He was also very efficient at scanning and bagging my items, and was able to process my transaction quickly.Overall, I was extremely impressed with Tejas's service and would highly recommend him to anyone shopping at the store. He is a valuable asset to the team and I hope to be served by him again in the future.
