OK Tire

Came in to get one new tire. Manager quoted me at a price, then upped the price the next day when I called in. Then the next day I came in to pick up the tire and they upped the price again. Could not get solid price out of them. Would not recommend…another shop trying to get every dollar out of you they can

I got my winter tires installed here for my Tesla Model 3. I was reasonably satisfied with their work but at times I felt that there was a lack of experience in handling my car. I had to return a few times for issues which should have been handled at the first visit which above all was not ideal use of time for either of us. The guy at the front desk is very helpful and kudos to him, the mechanic who worked on my car was also receptive to my issues. Over all, as a new business I think they can improve which will definitely bring more business and the customer service can use more finishing touches over all! I wish them luck and I hope they take these reviews into consideration as it definitely dictates my purchasing behaviour. 3.5 stars for now, 4 stars if they are knowledgeable on all their tasks and 5 when the customer service is exceptional!

Took my 911 to get an AC recharge. They were super fast and had a great price.

Do go to fix flat tire because the fix flat tire with push in and charge 30 dollars . Which you can buy 4 pieces at Canadian tire just for 5 dollars. They not professional

Such a great and friendly place! I went last minute because I had a flat tire and they were able to help me out! I was feeling pretty anxious coming in but they made the experience 100% stress free !

Asim and his team are great! I have taken both my Nissan SUV and My Audi S4 to get New Tires, oil change and carbon filter along with Tire alignment. They are always very welcoming.They get the job done and do it well. I am newer to london and have tried other places in the city and have been left disappointed. These guys are the only ones that actually listened and gave me a reasonable price!

They scammed me saying they’llInstall new winter tyres of Blackhawk brand but instead put old 2020 winter tyres of some different brand winterun, they wasted my time and energy both. So please be aware also they charge 90 cad for oil change which is just 60 cad out at any mechanic.

Good service, reasonable pricing. Biggest downside is the time estimation - they've taken at least 1-2 hours more than they estimate. Would much rather they be honest about their time estimates than to string us along.
