Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

This place is so hit or miss, sometimes you will get someone who is good. Then other times you will get someone who has absolutely NO idea what they're doing, when someone goes in and doesn't ask for a buzz cut, that would imply using scissors in the hair cut and not just a trimmer, I had a barber who seemed like that was his second day cutting hair in his life, I've done a better job myself at home with trimmers. He missed multiple spots on the top of my head when he was buzzing it, then after all this they thought it was appropriate to charge $41 plus tax for a clean cut when he did nothing aside from a buzz cut, I'm severely disappointed with this business as the quality of the barbers they have fluctuate so greatly.

I personally have not used Tommy Gun’s but my son has twice now. He loves how the barbers include him in the decision of how his hair will be cut and styled. Likes how they explain everything about his cut and the products being used.

Each and every single time I go in I ask for Randy. Randy goes beyond what is asked and puts all his effort in! He knows what he’s doing and always does a PERFECT job. Everyone there is very welcoming and kind. I drive 2.5 hours just for the service here.

Good people, highly recommend. I got my hair cut as a walk in last month. They did a good job and price was reasonable. You walk out of these feeling great, it was worth every penny

Came in for a last minute haircut today and had a horrible experience with Bryan. I asked the front desk if they had any barbers who could cut Black hair and they referred me to him. When I sat down in the chair, he immediately started saying racist comments, even after I told him to stop and was unprofessional all around. The front desk handled it the best they could, but I highly don't recommend coming here!

Fabulous location! The only one my partner will go to for men's cut and grooming! Book online and earn rewards! Free beverage! Wait times can range as this is a very busy location so book ahead! Conveniently located inside Polo Park upper level and very pleased with the results for many years! Sometimes there may be a few hairs that miss the cut but overall, a wonderful location! What a great option while you are at the mall patiently waiting as your family shops. I’ve probably had 6 haircuts here and I have always been happy with the results. They have a great reception/waiting room with several big screen tvs. I have been offered beverages while waiting my turn as well. That being said, I’ve never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes (which is amazing for a walk-in service provider of any kind).

Overall, not the experience typical of the average barber. Comfortable seating TV to watch, and an after service beverage. Awesome. Then there's the staff. Full of knowledge experience and professional. Can't say I would go anywhere else.

I have been to Tommy Guns twice now and I really like it there's a great vibe they do a great job the staff is outstanding I unfortunately don't remember the barber I had the first time but the second time I had Sandra she is really nice and did a great job I had the razor on the back of the neck for the first time ever and it was something I will be getting ever time going forward I really like that they are a walk in so if you go you are getting a cut they have comfy chairs while you wait tv's and tablets you can use also complementary soft drinks juice and water
