A great place to raise your family, clean, wide and comfortable town houses. Their customer service is excellent and quick. Maintenance guys are exceptional. They actively lesson their tenets complains, feedbacks and suggestions and be right there in no time. I would strongly recommend Board Walk. Indeed a great place to live

My process of moving in to the property was seamless and easy. On the day I moved, I was walked through the property, by a very friendly staff, all the concerns I raised addressed immediately and I have had other challenges over the weeks which were also attended to without delay. Overall I would say the boardwalk Living is excellent and I recommend it to whoever is interested in renting a working friendly neighborhood with all the necessary amenities close by, especially school for the children, a library, shopping mall and in the heart of the city.

Boardwalk has been good to me the past 7/8 years I’ve lived here. Can’t complain. They have always come in a timely manner to make repairs when needed. Could do without the neighbourhood kids banging on my window and running across my step but overall it’s been good. A little expensive though for me.

I just recently moved to Canada and this our very first home. The house is lovely, modern and well maintained. It is also very strategically located. Hoping to have a long and happy stay here.

Agnes and her colleague are great and very professional! From the virtual tour to the move-in date to now with our various requests, they have been very attentive and responsive. They make sure our issues are resolved perfectly and quickly.I don't think I've ever had such excellent customer service as this.Thank you for everything!

Beautiful environment, great location for newcomers. Laarni and Agnes are exceptionally warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend Boardwalk anytime.
