Shine Auto Wash Burnaby

This is the best car wash I've been to in Burnaby. Their attendant is always pleasant and looks like he loves what he's doing. It's always fast and easy to get our car washed here and there's plenty of car port to dry up and vacuum the interior of our car afterwards. This place looks well-maintained and you get what you paid for. I am always a happy customer here.

I paid for the most expensive package, end up getting quite a lot white dirt left on the car, which is caused by unwashed and dried chemical sprays. More than that, everything at the back of my car is uncleaned. The plate and surrounding is not cleaned at all. Bad experience and not worth the spend.

I was a regular weekly customer at this car wash until one morning they DAMAGED (see photos) my brand new car and 7 months later they have still not paid back my deductible to ICBC, so ICBC can pay me back. At first I didn't even tell anyone which car wash it was because Tyler the manager was so nice and my car would be fixed. But 7 months later and I am still out $500 and when I call no one answers. I thought you should know that this place does not honour their debts. If they don't pay it back by year end I do believe ICBC will send it to collections! If they choose to cost me money, then I am going to do the same to them. Please BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY HONOUR THEIR DEBTS!

While the majority of the car was cleaned, there was a strange waxy residue left on some particular spots on my car. It’s very hard to wash off, and defeated the purpose of getting the car washed. Unfortunately, never going there again.

This isn’t so much a car wash as a car wash palace. Note this is a touch car wash, this means you’ll get a cleaner but more abrasive wash than touchless. Not the cheapest but open 24/7 and unlike many gas station washes, consistently working.

This is the best auto car wash with service tech in all of lower mainland. Always come to Shine. Does the best job. Tonnes of space. Great price. Very fast. Vaccumes available. Don't go anywhere else.

I really wanted to test this place out because my car was super dirty. So not only did I do the $20 wash but I added another three dollars for extra cleaning because I really wanted to see if this place could clean my car. Nope. Look at the pictures. The roof is disgusting. I understand maybe it’s not going to clean some hard to reach places, but I spent an hour with a rag cleaning the spots it had missed afterwards. It didn’t even take off the bird droppings on the front bumper. Which I easily wiped off with my rag. Not worth it. If you want a very basic car wash then go for the cheapest one and know that it will do a very surface job and bring a rag so you can clean it after. On the plus side, the vacuums are fantastic. I bought two tokens which more than did my car. Seems to go on forever and having a vacuum on each side of the car is super handy. I would come back to vacuum but I wouldn’t bother getting a car wash here. No better than a car wash at a gas station.

I had a quick car wash last night and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the friendly Asian gentleman who assisted me. His warm and welcoming demeanor made the experience all the more enjoyable. I am grateful for his help and would like to extend my sincere thanks to him.

After $19 gold wash my rims are still dirty. When I went to office and said it them, they said that this is not detailing. After washing, I had to wipe the rims manually with a rag and it was perfectly washed with one touch. The car is cleaner than before the car wash, so not one star
