Coal Harbour Waterdrome (CAQ3)

It was beautiful and worth the drive.I hear there is an amazing flight ✈️ museum here with a very knowledgeable owner/guide who loves to talk and tell wonderful stories.I hear the chances are quite good of being able to see whales, in the bay, from the dock. Kind of ironic considering Coal Harbor used to be a whaling Station that took part in hunting the Humpbacks into near extinction. They have since rebounded very successfully and are, now, quite common to see in these waters.Not a lot of infrastructure but a nice little village. Bring everything that you think you might need. No where to buy food or snacks other than a few candy bars and bags of chips at the fuel store.
