What The Float
Nora was wonderful! I had never done a float before, really had no idea what it was, and she helped me to not only understand, but explained it in a way that made sense and erase any fears I had. Had a massage appointment prior to my float and she was wonderful! Great conversation, information as to where I am carrying my stress and small tips to help me control the toll stress takes on my body. I will definitely be back when I am back in town.
