Locally owned and operated by a genuinely community invested young woman. Serving the best pizza I have enjoyed since moving to Peace Country.Collaborative with local microbreweries, bringing Peace Country tastes and talents together in our small town.Warm friendly atmosphere (evolving to meet all protocols) that has been a welcome addition during this prolonged period of divisive policies and attitudes.

I doubt I will find myself in Grimshaw too many times in my life, but I'm glad I did at least the once. It was short trip for business, as I am a photographer, but I did happen across the Crooked House in between locations and this is the place to eat if you find yourself there. Or even nearby. Between my colleagues and I we ordered enough drinks and food to get a good idea of what the menu had to offer. The food, for one, is soooo tasteful. By tasteful, I mean delicious, but more. I have no idea who the chef was and I meant to ask, but every bite was flavourful. I had the pizza and honestly, if I could order the pizza for delivery from Grimshaw to Vancouver I would. I would even take it cold. They have a great drink menu as well and some of their drink specialties come with a donation aspect to a local charity or organization. That way, a few drinks down the list and no guilt... all good feelings lol. The Crooked House is well viewed and the 5 stars is very accurate. If you are in Grimshaw... go. If even a hundred miles away... go. It's that good.

We've heard so much we had to stop in. We had a perfectly sized lunch and wonderful chat with the owner. Good food and warm atmosphere is worth the drive.

What can I say. It's a hip joint in Northern Alberta. It seems totally out of place. You would expect a hip to the jive daddy-ho" place like this to be in a bigger town but no way bud! This baby is Grimshaw proud! It's dark

Awesome local spot to come for a snack and a drink, food is delicious and staff very friendly. Plus the doggo got to hang with us on the patio.
