First time reviewer, Long time shopper of this store. Went in recently to pick up some fishing gear. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but thankfully the sales associate (manager?) Alan was there to guide me. He just had this look that said he knew how to handle a rod. He perked up when I asked him for fishing advice and showed me the assortment of lures I'd need to catch the big one. If your looking for your fishing gear give this store, and Alan a try.

Mostly only go for Carhartt stuff because it’s the generally the best clothing for millwrights and from the second I walked in the door I was being looked at and followed around as if I was going to steal anything. Got uncomfortable and checked out with the pants I wanted. Won’t be back

I train and staff young kids in retail. There is absolutely no reason after a certain point of time that your young staff still have not learned to be pro active, answer questions or do basically their job. A stronger staff or training needed! Cashiers should not have to be bothered either.

Oh man, this was the most pathetic encounter with two females I’ve had in quite sometime. Little girl Danielle (ID 7667) with her one airpod in. Along with who I believe was Amy, old women with dirty straw scarecrow hair. Worst customer service ever, false advertising with prices, taking no accountability, would not honour price. Once paid for the correct dog bed, little Danielle shared a look with Amy and started laughing. Yet again, once called out asking what was funny neither one had the ability to tell me. Two very unprofessional employees. Little Danielle needs someGuidance in life if that’s how she acts in customer service. I know exactly where she gunna end up in life. ;) Would have had no issues not crating an issue with the improper pricing, if Amy wasn’t rude and dismissive off the bat. Don’t be in any supervisor position if you can’t hold a respectful conversation.

I would give zero star rating if I could.Terrible customer service I stopped going here when it was TSC and apparently they have only changed their name not their service.I waited for a good 30minutes for the item I purchased, not the fault of the back stock dept, but the cashier who had zero customer service. Then the person running the front customer service desk finally helped me as the cashier only took payment never called back for my product.The wrong product was brought out to which I saw that is not what I paid for and I was told I was wrong, I pointed out that the item was not the same brand or model that I purchased. At least he acknowledged after it was his mistake.Thank you to the gentleman that loaded my purchase, outside of that zero service.I even tried to explain to the person who finally called for my purchase to be brought out that the person on cash needs some training they just don’t care.I won’t be returning any time soon, won’t ever be back.Horrible service, the store is unorganized, if you want to know the price you have to ask, if it’s a sale item they seldom have it in stock.

An underrated place to shop for tools, hardware, gardening supplies, and animal feed. Their store brand duck grower and layer feeds were a favorite amongst our ducks. Peavy Mart has the potential to be a higher end princess auto/harbour freight if they wanted to. Online ordering is also a breeze, as is in-store pickup.

Competitive pricing. I love this store. I live in Niagara Falls but it’s worth the trip.

I love this store. We've punished and lost so many stores that specialize in QUALITY GOODS. I do hope we don't lose you; I've really had enough of built-in obsolescence and, now, shrinkflation. And the deals are irresistible, too. The prices and selection on all things wild bird feed and feeders are unbeatable all year long.

I’ve been a long time customer at this store. I’m pretty impressed with an employee there named Alan (hope I got the name right). He helped me when I bought a few horse mats back when it was still TSC along with 2 dozen bags of dirt. He even helped me load it all into my vehicle. I recently went there as I’m looking to buy a snow blower. Alan has exceptional product knowledge and has great customer service.
