The sale is really good, but it seems a bit quiet as there doesn't always seem to be employees around just only by the cash desk.

The bay is much like canadian tire, don't buy anything not on sale. Checkout lines are hard to find and always have a line. They also get slower when people decide they want to sign up for a credit card to save 10%. They shouldn't push credit cards when there is a line to speed up checkout

Outdated in more ways than one. Wouldn't really recommend considering Simon's and Winners are in the same mall. Obviously other customers agree as the place is shutting down.

Starting their clean up process with the latest announcement of closures across Canada. Will be sad to see it go as the bay offers multiple brands and goods.That being said, the items they offered were not really the best prices even with sales, and overall dated decor did not bring much customers in.

Hudson’s Bay has managed to survive so far after many department stores have closed down. I think that’s because of the history behind it and they are able to remain relevant. They have been an Olympic sponsor for many years and that has helped. Their merchandise is somewhat pricey but the quality is there. They have some very exclusive designers and only they carry. I like this store and have always enjoyed the the variety and good quality. The store is well lit and clean.

I love Bay Day sales! I can always find quality styles and material clothing for my family. The Bay's Grad pants and Suites have nice materials and great prices compared to other stores. However, I would prefer if it offers a couple of more sizes beyond 18 but not quite 'adult'. My teen fits sz18 pants perfectly but not the blazer as the arms are too short on him. Besides, I wasn't able to find the matching sz18 blazer for the pants nor any other blazers that would be a good fit. We are happy with the sz18 pants which he'll wear with a nice shirt and thin cardigan.
