Could not believe the terrible service at this restaurant. Will not be going back. Food was hit and miss, apps were yummy, but mains were just OK. Just can't get over the service. We were seated in the bar area, table of 5. The patio door was open with people sitting on the patio. Everyone on the patio had to come looking for wait staff to ask for things and their bill. We were freezing and asked to move to another table, but we're told all the tables were taken by reservations. For tables near to where we were seated had dirty dishes on them. I finally asked the hostess if she could get one of the tables cleared as my elderly mother was very cold next to the open patio, she agreed and started clearing the table. Another family came in and was seated at the table I requested. After mentioning to the waitress, she did quickly clear another table for us to move to, but then never came back. We asked for ketchup, drink refills, but they never came. Then we had to track someone down to get us boxes and the bill.Will not be back.

Had a wonderful evening spent with good friends and had an amazing server,Anita. She was fun, polite and was personable. Have to have the ballinis when you are there!!! Had some appetizers and ordered the butternut squash ravioli. It is a must try!! My favorite dish at Milestones!

Had the Thai Basil noodles, they were atrocious. The chicken pieces were nice, but the noodles themselves were starchy and tasted gross.Maybe it's my fault for ordering something like Thai noodles at a restaurant like Milestones, but I figured it's on the menu so it should be safe. At ~$26 I expected way more.Waitress was very friendly but didn't come around very often to check in.Floors were sticky in the hallway leading to the bathroom, my shoes were sticking to the floor.Very disappointing experience. I normally eat every last bite of food on my plate, this is the first time I've left food on my plate (basically all the noodles, I only ate the chicken) in probably 20 years.

The service was perfect. Everyone was friendly. the food was as expected it to me. Comfortable environment. I will 10-10 recommend to my friends. Cant wait to go back and try more of the menu. Chef John- friendly and kind and made us feel like home.

Highly recommend restaurant for family and business dinner. Service and food quality is excellent. Staff is very professional and friendly. Amazing drinks, loved the old fashion and Bellini they make.DJ night is a plus on Friday and Saturday. Amazing service, overall 10/10
