Recently I approached ReNew Floor covering for advice, product knowledge and to work with to make the changes desired, The staff were outstanding both from a customer service perspective answering every question and offering knowledgeable advice. The installers were courteous, patient and demonstrated incredible attention to detail.  Definitely would recommend this business to everyone.

Kelly Clark helped us choose a new carpet for the stairs and upstairs bedrooms. They have a lot of choices so we appreciated him helping us find a good quality product that will also last. The installers were professional and efficient. The installation was completed in one day. I recommend ReNew Floorcovering for replacing old carpet.

We had Renew floorcovering install carpet into our basement. The install was very quick, and the installer was polite and respectful. He provided his expertise of 30 plus years in the flooring industry which came in use when needed with the situation we ended up in. I highly recommend Renew Flooring! I had vinyl planking installed by Kevin who did an amazing job!!And as well William who finished my baseboards also did an amazing job!! Jennifer (the sales person) was awesome to deal with and very helpful!! You can’t go wrong with this company!!

Fabulous job! Robert Smith helped me pick out an affordable, water proof laminate for my newly purchased condo this spring. He was always easy to reach by phone, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I also appreciated that they asked for my opinion on the details, like what direction I wanted the planks to run. The estimate provided covered every possible expense, including the off-chance that floor boards would need to be replaced if damaged during the process. Their flooring staff were also very professional and finished the job in amazing time (less than 3 days for the whole condo). The end result is a beautiful laminate floor that surpassed my expectations and very reasonable rate.

We recently decided to replace some carpet with vinyl flooring in an upstairs bonus room. On the advice of the tradesman that would do the install, we stopped in at Renew Flooring in west Edmonton to shop for product that would meet our needs. We had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Smith. Robert was very knowledgeable and showed us a wide range of products that would fit the bill and was able to stay within our budget. With the deal he was able to provide we were able to expand our project to include carpet upstairs as well. Not only did Robert recommend excellent installers he also helped us out by coordinating efforts between them. All through the process he was a phone call away to answer questions or assist us in obtaining the necessary supplies. I can not recommend Renew Flooring enough. We regret there are only 5 stars to give.
