DO NOT RENT WITH CAPILANO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OR ONNI GROUP. We rented a 2 bedroom in Guilford infested with cockroach, silverfish and mice. Place was never cleaned and broken cabinets doors and leg missing from washroom cabinets. Blinds with missing sheets.Carpets not cleaned by professional and torn carpets not taken care of from previous tenants. Cockroaches coming out of stove burners and in oven. Cockroach in freezer door rubber. Caretaker and property managers response to the condition of the rental suite is that it's a old building and we've been told it's not a hotel. Every other tenant says whole building is infested with insects ever since the above named property management company took over. Caretaker never did move in inspection on the 1st with the tenants and scheduled 1 for the 7th which they never showed up for. Garbage everywhere. Dirty laundry room and hallway seems not vacuumed for months. People who've lived here for years blame the condition of the building on current property management company Capilano property management.STAY AWAY FROM CAPILANO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND ONNI GROUP

The experience I had with their customer care was horrible.Here's what happened: this is a brand new condo located at West 59 Vancouver, BC..The first email was sent on Nov 14

Absolute waste of investment. First time residents in a new building and it's already falling apart. Ceiling leaks. Hot water turns off. Building manager says Can't help because it's Onni's responsibility". And Onni caretakers are nowhere to be found. Tip of the iceberg. Please please be very cautious if you're planning to invest in Onni constructions!"

Do not rent or own with this company. They will take you for everything and are willing to do it illegally. Rented from them for over 3 years. Place was an infestation of silverfish, bed bugs and fleas. Talked to a resident of the place who'd been there for 25 years because he couldn't afford anything else and he said the carpets in the main halls have never been cleaned. I believe him because someone puked in one hallway and it remained there. Another instance is someone peed in a stairwell and the smell was horrific. Nobody did anything about it and the caretaker basically shrugged and said it's not my responsibility"..."

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Bunch of juice heads who like to try and strong arm you. Don’t rent from them don’t use them for building projects don’t buy anything bought by onni. If I could rate them a zero I would. Trash company with trash employees and trash management. L COMPANY!

Ridiculous changes to parking at Colwood Corners - too much curbing, less space, and now they want to charge. They're ticking off the businesses there too. Unfortunately the businesses will lose clientele for decisions made by Onni.

Initial viewing made the place sound like a dream, but now that we’re living & renting here, lots of issues.-The promise of a cleaned, painted, maintained, and fixed up suite before move in was a lie. Lots of issues needing to be fixed that are still not dealt with 1.5 months later.-No initial in-suite inspection done.-Management is unhelpful and unprofessional. When manager went on vacation, alternate contact was completely inaccessible and could not help. Manager communication and clarity is horrible. Sometimes feels like rules are made up on the spot.-Can hear absolutely everything coming from the suite above.-Maintenance guy told us that Onni has over 30 properties and only 4 maintenance workers. Hence why our building only receives maintenance once every 3 months.Looks like I should’ve read the reviews!

I've worked with Onni for one year now and I've had a fantastic experience working with the Onni Group. Unlike other companies that claim to be fast-paced but fall short, Onni truly delivers on this front. If you want to be kept busy, you will be and you will be rewarded for your hard work. The company is also big on promoting from within and I've seen many of my colleagues, including myself, advance in their careers. Onni truly values its employees and provides ample opportunities for growth and career advancement. Overall, I'm thrilled to be a part of this company. I would highly recommend Onni to anyone looking for a very supportive work environment where you really will have a career built if you put in the work.
