My recent trip to the Overhead Door Company was a pleasant experience. I was met with smiles and friendly greetings by the front office staff, and the same in the parts department. Cherie was at the counter and was most helpful and knowledgeable. This was not my first positive experience at this company, but it was one of the best.

I have always been very impressed with the service level from Overhead Door. I called when my garage door stopped working and figured it would take days to weeks to have someone come out. THEY CAME THAT DAY AND HAD EVERYTHING WORKING GREAT. Another nice surprise is that they had parts in their own inventory instead of telling me it would take weeks to get them in. I totally recommend this company. This is not the first time I have used them for service over the years and the experience has always been the same.. great.Thank you for your service Overhead Door!

My dad, a customer of 30 years, hired them to replace his garage door opener. His garage faces northeast, meaning the sun shines into it all morning. The workers did not install the sun guards despite it being a sunny morning when they did the install. As a result, the garage door won't close mornings.My dad contacted them to get this fixed and the manager pushed back and refused to do it without additional charges. All excuses, how were we supposed to know"

This has been my go to place gor my garage door needs forever. Today I needed a torsion spring. Not only did they custom make me a spring from their depleted stock, but gave me some pro tips on instalation. This has been typical of every visit I make there. Always great to learn from the pros.

I can't say enough good things about this company.Easy to get ahold of. They stick to their agreed upon times and dates. If they can show up sooner, they do. Today was the 4th time I've had to contact them with a needed repair. The spring broke. We set an appointment for the next day, but Darrell, the Technician showed up the same day I called. He quickly saw the problem and went back to the shop to get the Spring. He had it installed before I even knew he had returned.If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Braden was great. He came to the call not 2 hours after I called and not only was quick to the fix, but showed me what to do in the future. He noted a few things about the garage mechanics that could be improved, and made recommendations. He also fixed the light without being asked, which means to me that he cares about the customer. Would definitely call Overhead Door again and request Braden - to be honest!

My garage doors rusted along the bottom and when I called Overhead they thought they should be covered under warranty, the manufacturer has since rejected the warranty but Overhead is trying a third time. In the meantime Overhead is sending a service team to repair the doors so we can at least use them while we figure out the warranty situation. This is greatly appreciated!
