Worst customer service ever...they sell me the product knowing they don't have enough in stock...promise to have the rest ready for me the next day...when I called the store oh we don't receive the order as yet we don't knowif it's going to reach tomorrow or the next day...we'll give you a call day after tomorrow.....Have waited and waited all day until evening no call when I call they said to wait and put me on hold then they hang up the phone and never call back...I try to call back but no answer...

Went seven months without a vanity in our one bathroom. Just couldn’t find what I wanted. Found Infinite on Marketplace and went for a visit. Loved what I saw. Great prices, great service. Couldn’t believe how fast they had my vanity made. They went out of their way to make sure I got the exact counter topI wanted. I will definitely be telling my friends and family and will be back to replace my other two vanities. Don’t hesitate go have a look.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff that takes time to help you find exactly what will be of best use to you. As contractor I have been coming to Infinite Building Supplies for over 12 months for building supplies and guidance. They seem to have everything. I highly recommend this local business.

They’re selling absolute Worst material. Bought 3 vanities 3 toilets which are coming off like some cheap material. It is horrible. Toilets were chipped and vanities had marker stains. We spent so much $$$ only to replace the toilet seats within 3 months due to broken pieces.Do not waste your money.

I had a great experience at Infinite Building Supplies. They have great customer service and wide variety of products. I bought a sliding shower and installed it by myself. Instructions were very helpful and information provided by sales rep helped me a lot.I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

Absolutely deplorable company. Complete disrespect for the neighbours of the complex they are doing a renovation at. They have repeatedly driven into a courtyard where children play. They have destroyed the grass and left giant mud ruts on people's front lawns. I have asked the employees repeatedly to stop but they have an excuse everytime as to why they needed to to destroy and vandalize the property. Basically they are too lazy to walk there equipment and supplies to the unit the have been contacted to renovate so instead they drive on people's front lawn and threw play areas to save a few seconds of their time while literally jeopardizing children's lives in the process.

They never have products in stock but take payment ahead of time. I paid for shower doors as they said I will receive them next day. I called three days ago and was told it’s ready to be picked up or could be delivered if they got more deliveries in my area. But I went in today and they still didn’t have it. I asked to speak to the owner but he did not answer. Very unprofessional.

Bought two frameless shower doors. Deepalj was courteous and provided a great price. I will be a future customer for all my renovation project needs.Thanks.

Very Happy with the stuff purchased from them . They helped us redesign our washroom . Their products changed the entire look of our washroom . It was amazing experience and would recommend this store to friends and family.
