We stopped in for a scoop this evening, and the service we received was great. It's Labour Day, so I would be able to forgive the staff if they were unhappy to be there, but this was not the case at all. We were greeted with smiles from both staff members (Gillian & Shanae), and they were great about making suggestions based on what we knew we liked. They let us know about seasonal flavours we hadn't tried yet, and they were both a pleasure to deal with.

Overpriced and not that good.The ice cream syursprisingly started melting very soon and we had a lot of trouble to get rid of that melted ice cream on our hands.Not satisfied and wont visit againDo not recommend it

Good location and selection of cakes and regular ice cream. Staff are not bad however they do tend to turn the lights off and ask you to leave and lock the doors about half and hour before close which is just rude. Otherwise I like the place. One note off topic parking spots are very hard to come by

They give small portions and it’s not worth the money. I suggest the Avenue Rd Baskin Robbins better.

I have been going to their location since my daughter was little. That’s about 27 years.So that says something about them. I still go when I have the craving for the ice cream.It’s kept very clean and a pleasant environment to go too.I hope think they have only had 2 owner’s in that time.But always pleasant as I have mentioned.No complaints in all these years.

Always delicious fresh ice cream, great location and friendly fast service. Plus it has a kernels, so you can mix the popcorn and ice cream. Also picked up cherry chocolate ice cream cake, so delicious!

Store runs short on portion size compared to other baskin Robbins. With cherries we got cherry preservative sugar syrup , im not coming here any more..Specially after the new staff..!!!

Baskin's is great! (A little pricey but still good 4.5⭐) the Kernels on the other hand I would say 1 or 2⭐. I was excited that there was also a Kernels and so I got a few flavours only to get home and find out that all the popcorn was super stale. All the popcorn got tossed. Such a disappointment!!!

Baskin Robbins and Kernels Popcorn
Used to believe Baskin Robbins served the very best ice cream. Had a couple cones recently, though, and the quality just didn’t measure up. Also, pricey for very small amounts compared to other ice cream shoppes. The staff were great, though, the stars are for them; sadly no stars for ice cream.
