What an amazing doctor! Dr Zahedi takes her time to talk and assess the situation.Tells you exactly what the next steps are and points you in the right direction. Finally someone trying to find the root causes, not just patching up the problem.Lovely, sweet and empathic.

Intelligent and informed doctor, but bad bedside manner. Felt like less than a human. Reassured me that nothing is wrong with my thyroid, but made me feel inferior in the process for being concerned about ongoing swollen glands, weight gain, and lethargy. Didn't provide any advice/guidance about what to tell my family doctor other that whatever is going on with me is not her field. Left appointment feeling disheartened, body shamed, and like a waste of time. I felt that the resident was really helpful though. She made me feel heard and had compassion. I wish she'd been the doctor.

I found her to be abrupt, unhelpful, more interested in ensuring that OHIP was not over-billed than she was with my health care. I would not recommend her.

An amazing doctor with knowledge that's overall astonishing. She is extremely kind, caring, and patient. Honestly I have never meet anyone who is this professional. Thank you for being a doctor! Thank you for being you! Her front staff is absolutely the most amazing stuff I have ever met.
