An unbelievably bad decision to use Cartier Kitchens on a recent bathroom reno. Our sales person, Alex Solorzano became invisible and is so sorry for delays and wrong colors and damaged product. As Doug Stephens, Sales Mgr stated, It appears he's washed his hands of it." Well Doug

Recently moved to Barrie bought a condo and did a renovation including a complete new kitchen. After checking out several kitchen companies, we decided to go with Cartier Kitchens of Barrie. I worked with Lindsay (designer) with planing our new kitchen. Lindsay was very informative and prepared 3D drawings of our new kitchen. This made it easy for us to make a decision. We were contacted by Doug (manager) to finalize and schedule our new kitchen, the schedule was on time with-out delay. Doug was very understanding of our renovation schedule and fit us in. During installation, the installers (Paulo and Vince) noticed some pieces missing and I thought we would not finish and the kitchen would be delayed. The installer call Jeff (scheduler) to inquire about missing parts. Jeff looked into it and found the parts and had them shipped within a few hours the missing pieces arrived on time and the kitchen was completed same day. I don't normally post reviews but I was so impressed with the service from start to finish, I had to post my positive experience with Cartier Kitchens of Barrie.

Would NOT recommend this company at this time. My parents had their kitchen done by Cartier 4 years ago. They had a flood in the kitchen this past November and all the lower cabinets needed replacing. Cartier has come countless times now with all the wrong sized cabinets and doors and it's still not completed. It now June, 7 months later. Thoroughly disappointed, you would think that since they had done the kitchen in the first place that coming back to replace everything would have been a bit easier then what my parents are experiencing now! Its ridiculous!

Cartier kitchens has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. Our builder Pratt homes contracted Cartier kitchens for the installation of the cabinets and countertops in our new condo building. When our move in date came we walked into our brand new condo and saw that cabinet doors were missing and our cabinets were all damaged. It took 3 months and 3 visits by them just to get the missing cabinet doors installed. We have been living here for almost a year and a half now and we have still not had the damaged cabinets fixed and probably won’t ever have them fixed. If you are thinking of hiring Cartier kitchens, do yourself a favour and stay far away from this joke of a company.

Best decision we ever made was to use Cartier Kitchens for our renovation.You are given every step of the process so you know what to expect and when. Everything and everyone was there when they said they would be. The attention to detail was second to none. ALL the people that were on the job were a great pleasure and very professional.I would not hesitate to recommend Cartier Kitchens to anyone.

Purchase new home the builder used Cartier kitchens. We spent $7000 on upgrades on cabinets hoping to never have to do them again very basic no built in and not including countertop. Upon moving in cabinets had visible paint runs and poor install had cabinets hanging on with poorly installed hinges it took month to have poor workmanship repairs to be done. After two years cabinets are splitting and cracking very disappointed. It wouldn't surprise me if any good reviews were from staff and ownership I would think the 2.5 star review should speak for itself.

Our contractor put in a carrier kitchen. It’s a very poor quality kitchen although from a distance looks okay. We’ve made several attempts to reach out to purchase a matching pantry for the kitchen with no response. For our next build we will not be using Cartier kitchens and I’d recommend looking into other options.

We recently dealt with Doug at Cartier kitchens to design our new Kitchen.He listened to all our needs and wants. Made many suggestions that helpedmake our dream kitchen a reality. The kitchen was installed when promised and we are extremely happy with the quality and excellent customer service from beginning to end. We highly recomend Cartier kitchens !

I needed a couple of hard to find cupboard hinges and after running around all over Barrie I stumbled on Cartier Kitchens. The gentleman behind the counter not only found me what I was looking for but he gave me details how to install them. He then gave me a great price well below the local competitors.Thanks a bunch
