Ordered food took an hour and a half they have no soft drinks. Not only that they messed up everyone's order half of the fries were dropped on the way here.

Had fantastic meal. Server was very busy and staff is hard to find in the current environment. He noted this, but made the experience very enjoyable. Server (Eddie) had a ton of personality and got everything right. The menu is very extensive with options for everyone. The food was all good. The ambiance is fun- especially if you are dining with children.

Went in 6:30pm on a Friday night only one other table had people at it. It was a 35 degree day and the place has no air conditioning just ceiling fans. Asked what beer they had available in bottle only had 2 kinds left out of the 10 on the menu. Doesn’t seem like a great spot for a Friday evening when lots of events are going on in the city. Food was okay but hot food in an extremely hot building just makes a person not want to eat.

Excellent service. Server was exceptional. Chicken Fahitas were delicious, however the rice was so spicy that I couldn't eat it.

I always love Jungle Jim's food. Food wise is always a good experience, and the service is normally very friendly.My reason for 3 stars is based on my experience last night. Me and my mother decided to have supper together. We arrived at 8pm. The second we sat down the waitress was asking what we wanted for drinks . Unusual for someone to ask the second we sit down, but that was fine and we told her. She was very friendly. We got our food around 8:30-8:40 ish. It was obvious the staff had wanted to go home the second the clock hit 9pm. Staff was scrabbling around pulling the blinds down in the window, announced shortly after we got our food that it was last call for dessert, and mopped the floor beside our table while we are trying to eat. I know they were trying to clean up for the evening, but me nor my mom exactly like to smell strong floor cleaner while eating our supper.We were rushed. So rushed. I'd understand being rushed if we showed up at 8:30, but we sat down at 8. We had an entire hour to sit down and eat. The atmosphere was not enjoyable, which was really disappointing. The staff was very lovely, but to me it felt like professionalism went out the window the last hour before closing. If the staff wants to be out the door right at 9pm then perhaps Jungle Jim's should change the hours to 8 or 8:30 to be opened for the public.To sum up Jungle Jim's has really awesome food, I've meet the owner he's a super nice guy, staff is lovely. But if you want to have an enjoyable experience at this location maybe show up no later then 7pm.

Wait time to be seated wasn't bad. But it took over an hour to get our food. When we did get our starters, most of it was cold...mozza sticks probably would have been pretty good, but no one really likes cold ones, right? The rest of the food was decent, but I feel like it was pretty expensive for just fair food. And we didn't plan on it taking so long...it was just over 2 hours from the time we walked in until we were done eating.That being said, the customer service was good! Very friendly and a great atmosphere. And the staff member that we were talking to did mention that it was an adjustment, going back to full capacity now that COVID restrictions have been lifted plus March break craziness, so that may have had something to do with how long we waited?

My son and I are continuing our dining Adventures. This time we visited Jungle Jim's!Walking in we noticed a big Aquarium with big fishes in it. Not the fancy look we have beautiful fishes" but more like a "We're an old zoo!"

Sunday night, I went to supper with a friend. Our waiter Jeremy is the kindest, funniest and best server I’ve ever had. He makes the visit amazing, and he is amazing. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: Jeremy is the best waiter I’ve ever had. He brings a light to the table and I will definitely be coming back just to have him as a waiter again.

My boyfriend and I went to this establishment as we were in the area and were blown away by the service, overall environment and the quality of the food. Our server was Eddy and he was fabulous. from the second we walked in the door to the second we left his kind and vastly cultured conversation was present. He even shared some relationship advice with us. Our food was top of the line quality and we both even went as far as to say those were the best burgers we had ever had. Our food came out very quickly and was perfect. We have both decided to make this our new date night restraint and look very forward to seeing Eddy in the future.
