Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

Yesterday sort of last minute I decided to treat myself to a mani pedi.At 10 am I stopped by this salon to see if there were any openings. I got an appointment instantly.The entire process was rushed. My finger tip got cut by an emery board. I’m still in discomfort. The cuticle removal was lightning fast and hurt.I was made to feel uncomfortable as I chose not to get gel nails.At the end of the treatment I was left in the chair. I had to remove the toe separator, get to My boots in feet that were now wet from the slush of snow.I would definitely do my own nails before I returned to this salon

First I'd like to say the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lady who did my nails was so nice to chat with. However when my husband saw my nails he asked why they slanted up on the ends. I realized they did when I looked at them from the sides. My daughter noticed right away as well so I was not happy. I'm not sure if it was a one off or if my nail tech needed more training. I won't be going back and had to go to another nail salon and have them removed and redone. I could have went back to show them and have them make it right but I didn't want to take the time and chance it might not still be done right. $65.00 down the drain.

I would like to thank you for going out of your way to find the nail polish and lacquer that I needed to get the color I wanted!

Words could never describe about how much I love these girls! The effort they put in their work is astonishing. I asked for an individual who really knows what they are doing and that’s exactly what I got! My nails were beautiful! Miley was the person whom I saw, she listened to all of my instructions and understood exactly what I wanted. I walked out with great service and very beautiful nails. This nail salon is amazing from customer service to detail to making me feel absolutely pampered! They did such an amazing job with my nails my pedicure and my eyebrows! I’ve never felt so good about spending money at any nail salon then this one! It’s well worth the prices and the staff are amazing!! These girls are so patient and kind and loved chitchatting with them! This will forever be my go to nail salon and wax place!! Thank you so much to the girls working on Saturday October 15th at 10am!!

Alia is the best. I have been going to her for over 7 years and am always extremely satisfied with the care she provides. Alia now manages the business. Way to go Alia, see you next month.

My daughter's went today to get their nails done and they were absolutely amazing!! They are the sweetest ladies and always do such a wonderful job... it's always busy and now I know why.... highly recommend them!!!

We always come back here, they are the best! I’m never disappointed and the staff are so friendly and talented. 10/10 every time
