I have used this company for moving my baby grand piano several times. They bend over backwards to accommodate what I need everytime. This last move I did, required them to store my piano for almost a year and then bring it to my new house in Invermere, BC. Many businesses in Calgary don't want to make the trip here but there was not even a blink from them to bring it. As usual, my piano arrived without a scratch. I'm so impressed with these guys!!!

Kyle and his team are very professional. The price they quoted me was very fair and did not have any hidden fees at the end. They were able to move my piano from upstairs, with a bend in the stairs, to the new location in a very efficient manner, covering every step along the way with carpet. Also went above and beyond to help me put felts underneath my piano coasters to ensure the piano doesn't scratch the hardwood floor. Highly recommended.

So impressed with Kyle and his team! They made the move look so effortless and easy. Total time, minus transporting across the city, was probably around 30 minutes.I also appreciated them letting me know they were running a bit late, though it wasn't too long of a wait.

First of all they are very responsive. The other piano moving companies didn't bother to return our calls for 2 weeks. With RPM, everything went smoothly from first contact to moving day. They are reliable and prompt. Kyle and a crew member came this morning and completed the move very smoothly. No damage to anything. They brought their moving equipment with them, such as different height ramps for garden and porch steps, a wheeled carrier which was their main tool to move the piano. Very pleased with their service and would recommend to anyone!

The day before I needed to have my piano out of my home I had confirmed Calgary Piano Movers would be doing the job. When they advised the day of the move they would not be moving my piano (that is an entirely different negative review) and left me in a horrible predicament - I called Kyle. It was just before Christmas, they were booked solid. Kyle heard my plea, knowing I was in a difficult situation, literally came to my rescue. Not only did RPM move my piano, store it for a week, and deliver it safe and sound on 12 hours notice, they did it for LESS THAN HALF the cost I was quoted by the company that left me in the lurch. Thank you Kyle! I will never have anyone else move my piano and I will recommend you to everyone I know!

Requested that my piano be moved out of the house. 7:00 am appointment! :) They were on time and very professional. Knew exactly what they were doing. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the service provided by Kyle, Ian, and their team! They were responsive, professional, and made the move look so easy (moved an upright down a tricky, glass wall staircase)—and in under 30 minutes, too. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Professional, precise, careful and efficient - Kyle and his team made a very complex move to get our Yamaha baby grand piano out of our basement, look easy. They were very responsive in scheduling and planning the move and within no time, had the piano up a very steep and narrow staircase without damaging anything.
