Ordered a casket, flowers, and bronze marker for my Mom. Great prices, helpful staff. Easy to use website, showroom was helpful as well.Highly recommend.

Confusion turned into clarity when I visited their Mississauga office. I haven't done this (burial) before so when I got into their office the rep was able to answer all my questions and their prices better than most funeral homes. Glad I came in

Staff were very pleasant to work with, kind and considerate. The process to pick out the headstone was seamless. The prices are affordable.

Please avoid this place I made an order of flowers for my mother funeral in person (Mississauga location)They charged me for this order more than it supposed to be but automatically I told them so they refund me the difference but it wasn’t the worst.They completely forgot my order so they didn’t deliver the flowers to the funeral home I asked all my family and friends not to buy flowers because I ordered casket spray and two standing arrangements so could you imagine my shock when I saw (and all of us) only my mother’s coffin without it.The funeral home representative and me we were trying to contact casket company but theirs opening hours are at 10 am so it was already too late.Finally I contact them and they delivered arrangements to the church but it wasn’t what I paid for and what I expected to get it looked so cheap it wasn’t even the size I ordered at least not what was on the website pictures.I am so disappointed and upset with this kind of service especially they are dealing with people during theirs difficult and vulnerable time.Nobody contacted me later with apologies, they sent me only right away the notification of deliveryIt was a joke especially after theirs representative Kola assured me that he personally will take care of my order

The staff at Casket Outlet Monument really assisted our family in getting the best casket for our loved one Sandra Reid. During our time of grief, the staff showed the most understanding and we couldn’t of asked for more. A great thank you to all the staff at Casket Outlet Monument.

Unfortunately lost my son May 2021, did not know where to go, shopped around at a few places and went to this place after work to have a look and what they do and offer.They answered any questions I had.Placed and order and and got exactly what I ordered and very nice. Happy with the service and what they made, had no issues.Give them the contact of place to be delivered and everything went very smoothly.
