Stopped in for some respite. Staff here are service oriented. They went above and beyond to help us get the best deal. Food was better than most. The food was a good mix. It is a bit small, but we would come back again.

While in Toronto on route to the USA I decided to use the Plaza Premium lounge (Terminal 1 near gate F55) for a hot meal. The dinning area is sparse, but the food was good and staff are friendly. However, in comparison to other lounges this lounge is very narrow, confined and not so comfortable.Using the airport lounges is a great way to have more comfort while travelling and are experiences everyone should try to enjoy.If you like my reviews, videos or photos then kick back and relax with a thumbs up

Arrived around 7pm, and waited half an hour to get in. Easy to find. Great food selection. The space is too small for the amount of people who want to go in though. So it feels crowded. Lots of spots to charge devices.

Nice, modern little lounge in terminal 1. I have been to the terminal 3 one as well. Definitely prefer the terminal 3 one. This one the food was still great and the space was adequate. It is smaller than the terminal 3 one, but was suffice. I did enjoy my experience here. I gave 4 stars because of the check in process and there is no view. Customer service was great though.

they offer amazing selection that can feed a king, their chairs are more roomy and then plastic ones at the gatesTo top it off they have windows so you can look down at the peasants

Food is ok. However, expected long line up to go in during busy time. We were lucky waited for 30-40 mins. I wish there are other options for priority pass holders. The pother options are all air canada lounge.

Utilized before embarking for our Europe tour April 2023 from Toronto to London to relax before a 7 hour flight .The food is halal and good with both veg and non veg options. Staff were attentive and seem polite.The lay out of the lounge seem quite choppy specially entrance and then sitting area on the other side . Overall gave us some time to eat and relax before our flight .
