Les Sables d'Or
We were looking for some Chinese food around and the one that we usually go was closed. We decided to give this place a try as it wasn't too far. We ordered via Skip and unfortunately it probably changed how we perceived the whole meal. The food arrived barely hot, their calamaries were ok, it was oily.The orange beef was very chewy, we even had issue chewing some pieces. The noddles were ok as well, we've had better in the past. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommand nor order again.

My friend Bevin suggested me this place. I ordered with Skip the lunch special general tao, it came along with rice, soup, dumplings with peanut sauce and egg rolls. It was very tasty and fulfilling. Wish they have that combo in the evening. I hope they will stay in Anjou for a while. Would order again for sure!

Les Sables d'Or
My favourite dish so far has been the salt and pepper squid and the Singapore vermicelli noodles. Very flavourful! Service is polite quick, and efficient. Prices and portions are very reasonable and it’s wonderful that this establishment considers the environmental impact and uses reusable containers and not styrofoam. Must of all, I greatly appreciate not needing to travel outside of Anjou to get some very good authentic tasting Chinese food. Thank you!

The egg rolls are meaty and delicious. The chop suey is good. The Shanghai noodles are made with Udon noodles as well as pork and shrimp. The accompanying sauce is delicious and flavorful. The garlic beef is slightly spicy with a strong garlic taste. The beef is juicy and tender. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Ordered delivery from Uber eats a few times, their food is really good! I loved the shrimp chow main and garlic eggplants. Taste is authentically Cantonese. My top choice for Chinese restaurant hehe

Ingredients appear fresh, portions are good and pricing is fair. I wish they had better take out containers that allowed crispy food to stay crispy and not steam itself into a mush. Perhaps breathable containers? My only call out.

Amazing!I ordered the Shrimp in Lobster Sauce Lunch Special, and it was the best I’ve tasted in years. The price was incredibly low considering how much food was included (Full plate plus soup, an egg roll, and 4 dumplings in PB sauce!)Service was quick and friendly. The only negative point was the texture of the spring rolls weren’t to my taste but I shouldn’t have ordered extra food anyway ;D
