CADK Sunrooms

We asked CADK to demolish/rebuild our deck and install their sunroom on it in Aug 2021. They did an amazing work from start to finish. It was a pleasure to work with Neil, Pierre and their crew. They gave us good ideas/advice throughout the project. I admire their integrity, quality, generosity, patience, fair pricing and the after service.Their product is not only beautiful but well engineered to face our cold, snowy and stormy winters. If you get sunshine inside your sunroom, it will warm up the room quickly regardless of the weather outside. Their engineering department is knowledgeable and helpful in the design/drawings and the permit process. I am a quality conscious and very detailed oriented person who is not easy to please but CADK exceeded my expectations!I am sure CADK will grow by leaps and bounds. We had a 14x10 Sun Room installed on 21x10 Deck last year from Cadk. We consulted three other companies but decided to go with Cadk. Main reason was their honest and practical answers, Pricing and explanation of detailed work. Excellent experience with Neil and his crew.From planning to permit and final installation, every one was pro in their work. Craig helped me with drawings, Pierre and team did an excellent Job of installation. Cleaned up after they were done, Fixed my Patio stones, and helped me with laminate flooring installation. After service is great. I have a south facing Sun room so I need some shades and they helped me with drawings so that I can order my shades. I will highly recommend CADK Sun room to any one. I had been looking for a 4-season sunroom for a while. Most builds didn’t match the quality I wanted and those that did were extremely expensive. That’s when I found CadK.The engineering is solid and the styling suited my house better than the other brands.The CadK team was diligent and worked through all the situational problems that arise when adding a new structure onto an old home. They have continued to be extremely attentive to any problems that arose as the structure settled over the years. Which were minor.We love our sunroom and it’s become the favourite hang out for family and friends.We got the 15x15 Georgian on a concrete slab with heated flooring, which I recommend if you’re going onto an exterior slab.Great local company with a great product.

We were pleased to discover CADK had quality solariums at a reasonable price. We added a solarium to the south wall of Anand Bhavan Senior Home and it has made quite a difference to the quality of life of our seniors. I was surprised to see how much the sun could heat it on cold winter days without the heat coming on. Construction was done properly and on time. Their staff were friendly and helpful.
