My wife and I got an excellent deal on our rings. The custom work we had done was top-notch and quick. We had an accident with the ring about 8 months later and brought it back to get a quote on repairs. Within minutes they'd looked up our account, examined the ring under a microscope and even gave suggestions of how to improve the ring long term. They offered us free repair without blinking an eye. They have a great collection of estate jewelry, as well, and it's all 50% off.Highly recommended for all jewelry products and services.

They did a great job resizing our ring. It was a home made ring with a heat treated diamond so the stone needed to be removed and then re-set after the sizing. They did a fabulous job with the sizing, re setting the stone and also cleaned it. Would 100% recommend even for custom jewelry.

Ohh seems mostly the ladies are leaving the reviews here. I guess that makes sense. Well let me be one of the first guys to say they are awesome. I worked mostly with MacKenzie who treated me great through the entire process. I was inquiring about an engagement ring scared & mostly ignorant too the details. I look, listen, & learn quickly & MacKenzie facilitied my learning curve effectively & before I knew it I was totally comfortable with me 4 digit purchase. NICE !
