What I didn't like about du proprio is the lack of one on one support. They have called a number of times and let my phone ring twice. Not enought time for me to answer. When I tried to call back at the same number I had to deal with a machine. I won't deal with a machine.

Please do not use their services bad customer service . They will play with your emotions worst than real estate agents . These company must be shut down. I have friends they had the same issue time come for help they are not allowed to answer your questions. When you need a legal answer and you have 24hours to answer an offer guess what they will call you back in 48hours. Than you can really loose an offer. Please stay away. Theirs stats they use even agents stats for theirs program . I know this because they told me . To use sales done by agents

Excellent service, I am provided with tools and information and it's up to me to make the sale. However not recommended for those who are passive in selling their property.

Sold our condo in just 3 visits (2 weeks on the market) and then bought through duproprio as well. The company and its employees were with us every step of the way (courteous, friendly and well-informed) and we loved the resources available with our package. Duproprio has it all there for you - but of course you have to call and ask your questions. It stepped us through the process and you discover that agents are truly just middle men. We loved how being in control of our own sale allowed us to choose our own convenient times (no working around that agent's schedule) and we saved $17,000!!! While looking to buy, we had so many bad visits and experiences with uninformed agents who clearly feel too comfortable to do their homework...visits with the owners were MUCH more informative. We are SOLD on duproprio and will definitely recommend it and use it again whenever we want to sell our next home.

They offer good service and have an ok website, but they have DISCONTINUED their mobile application.Their website works ok on a desktop, but unfortunately I do not carry a laptop with me when I'm visiting a neighborhood. Also I find it unbelievable that in 2020 they are not developing mobile first. I use my phone most of the time and sometimes my iPad, but forcing me to use a browser and a desktop is antiquated. I was going to list my house with them, but since they have discontinued they mobile application and not diminished the costs, I will probably just go with something else.

Very nice condo in downtown Montreal!

I had a great experience with DuProprio. The website is easy to use and manage. All information and documents are at hand. The DuProprio consultants also called me a few times to provide tips and advice to improve visibility of my listing. I had a legal question at some point, and they referred my request to a lawyer who called me a few days later with friendly advice to my question. I sold my house within 10 months. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience at DuProprio.
